How do I reset my student’s password?

You can help guide your student through the process of resetting their password by providing the following advice: 

When logging in, click the “I forgot my password’ and enter your email address and click "Submit". You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password. 

If they are still experiencing issues contact the Slingshot Challenge team at Slingshot@ngs.org for support.
