Can I upload a TikTok or Instagram Reel I’ve already made?

No. TikToks and Reels typically contain copyrighted sound/music. You can recreate the content that you’ve already made, but ensure that all sound/music in your video is copyright-free. Links to copyright-free music can be found in the Toolkit provided in the Resource Library.
