Can students use images from the internet, or YouTube content in their video?

Any content used in a video can only be what has been created by a participant or has been authorized to use. That means participants should not sample or use anyone else’s material that they didn't make, or use content in their video that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music tracks, stock images, snippets of copyrighted programs, or videos made by other users, without necessary authorizations.
