Does everyone who helped make the video have to be added to the entry and make an account?

Yes. Any person who helped plan, film, or edit the video must be added as a Team Member, create an account, and obtain legal parent/guardian consent (if applicable). If you use actors as part of a team entry, they do not have to be registered in the team details.
